European Hotel Managers Association Annual General Meeting 2022
S-Rate participated at the EHMA -European Hotel Managers Association 2022 which took place in Lugano from the 18th till the 20th of March, at the LAC.
The EHMA – European Hotel Managers Association, founded in 1974, currently counts 400 members and represents 29 European countries and is an annual event held in various locations in a different locations. This year’s event theme is “It’s all about Passion”. Three days of conversation and exchange on the future of luxury hospitality, located in the LAC Arte e Cultura in Lugano, Switzerland.
Our team had the opportunity to present S-Rate and underline how hotel managers can monitor how well their business is meeting customers’ expectations in relation to service standards, for the first time ever separately for each employee. Having reached high levels of interest for employee engagement tools, it has become clear that EHMA members do place employee recognition in the center of their operations and culture.
